Spring cleaning your mental health
Nedra Tawwab recently posted about spring cleaning your mental health. She asks us to ponder 8 questions to dive deep into how you are feeling at this present moment and how you want to feel.
1. What are you learning about yourself?
2. Where are you spending the most time and energy?
3. Do you feel like your life aligns with your values?
4. Are you forcing yourself to maintain any of your relationships?
5. How are you managing uncomfortable feelings?
6. What challenging conversations are you hesitant to have?
7. What do you enjoy doing?
8. Are you doing anything you don’t like and continue to do because you fear displeasing others?
Take a couple moments to ask yourself these questions and check in with yourself. Spring cleaning doesn’t only have to be your house!
