Safe & Sound Therapeutics Inc. is looking for an exceptional Registered Clinical Counsellor who wants to learn, grow and make a difference in their community and beyond.

The successful applicant will be driven to serve – and a student of the profession, have a Master of Art in Clinical Counselling, or Master of Art in Counselling Psychology. If you are a student soon to graduate please feel free to apply as well as this position includes mentorship.

In this practice, Associates are provided referrals that fit with their areas of expertise and interest. Associates will also be expected to grow their practice within the Practice. Associates manage their own cases but support and mentorship are readily available through informal brief consultations and peer group meetings.

The ideal applicant will be proficient in CBT, or ACT and open to learning additional techniques such as Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). Training in EMDR or Accelerated Resolution would be a great asset.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Clinical Counsellor looking to work in a supportive, collegial and busy private practice. Applicants will be permitted to work Saturday’s and evenings if they choose, with usual hours throughout the week.
