Zen Story for Unmanaged ADHD
There once was a man who owned a champion horse. This horse was known for its speed, agility and strength.
One day, this man and his horse were seen galloping through town. One of the townsmen yelled, “Where are you going”?
The man on the horse replied, “I don’t know ask the horse”!
In this Zen story, ADHD is the horse. The man has in his possession a strong and mighty ability to learn, focus and succeed. The man does not yet have control of the horse. What does the man need to do, in order to get control of his horse?
